REPLACEMENT OF PC BOARDS/HDD
9.1
Removal and Installation of PC Boards/HDD
Notes:
When the PC board/HDD is replaced, refer to the respective Notes and Cautions of
"Replacement of PC boards and HDD" in  P. 9-11 "9.2 Precautions and Procedures for
Replacing PC Boards and HDD/SSD".

SYS Board cover
(1)
Remove the rear cover.

Remove 2 screws and take off the SYS
board cover [1] by sliding it toward the right
side.

SYS board
Notes:
When the SYS board or main memory has been replaced, be sure to perform the calibration
of memory.
When performing the calibration of memory, press the [ENERGY SAVER] button and turn the
power ON.
When the equipment is started up normally, the calibration has been completed.
If the calibration is not performed, the equipment may be not started up normally.

Remove the SYS Board cover.

Remove the HDD unit.

Remove the SYS board cooling fan.

Remove 1 screw [1] from the harness guide
of SYS board.
(5)
Release the lock by tilting the flap [2] and
remove the flat cable [3].
