Hydraulic oil tank

WARNING
Burn hazard!
Before performing any service on the hydraulic system, you must allow it to cool. Hydraulic fluid
temperature should not exceed 40 °C (104 °F).
Failure to comply could result in death or serious injury.
Drain water and sediment from the hydraulic oil tank every 250 h
NOTICE: The hydraulic tank must be drained taking precautions so that any foreing material may gets inside. Failing
to comply will lead to severe damages to the hydraulic system.
To drain water and sediment from the hydraulic oil tank
proceed as follows:
1. Park the machine on a hard and level ground.
Orient the upper structure frame so that there is
enough free space under the hydraulic tank to
place a barrel of suitable capacity.
2. Stop the engine and remove the starter key.
3. Release all the pressure in the hydraulic tank. Re-
fer to page 6-10.
4. Open the lower panel (1) below the hydraulic tank
to access the drain plug.
5. Place a container of a suitable capacity under the
drain plug.
6. Open the plug and drain the accumulated sediment
and water.
NOTICE: the drained materials shall be disposed
according to the local Regulations for special
wastes.
7. Close the drain plug, and lock the lower panel be-
low the hydraulic tank.
8. Check the level of the hydraulic fluid in the system,
and refill if needed.
