Auxiliary hydraulic circuits pressure release
WARNING
Escaping fluid!
Hydraulic fluid or diesel fuel leaking under pressure can penetrate the skin and cause infection or
other injury. To prevent personal injury: Relieve all pressure before disconnecting fluid lines or per-
forming work on the hydraulic system. Before applying pressure, make sure all connections are tight
and all components are in good condition. Never use your hand to check for suspected leaks under
pressure. Use a piece of cardboard or wood for this purpose. If injured by leaking fluid, see your
doctor immediately.
Failure to comply could result in death or serious injury.
Auxiliary hydraulic circuits are high pressure hydraulic
systems. Always release the pressure before connect-
ing or disconnecting the hydraulic hoses between the
machine and the attachment. Proceed as follows:
1. Place the machine on flat and level ground.
2. Lower the attachment to the ground and stop the en-
gine.
3. Turn the starter key to ON position.
4. Push the gate lock lever in forward position.
5. Slide the right proportional switch and the left propor-
tional switch up and down three times approximately
to release the pressure.
6. Turn the starter key to OFF position.
