Air conditioner filters

Replace the air conditioning filters every 2000 h
The air conditioning system has to be inspected by a specialist every 6 months.
To replace the air conditioning filters, proceed as fol-
lows:
1. Remove the air conditioning filters. Refer to page
6-22.
2. Place the new filters in the housings according to
the installation procedure.

Swing reduction gear

Grease the swing reduction gear every 2000 h
Lubricant: CASE AKCELA 251H EP MULTI-PURPOSE GREASE
1. Park the machine on a flat and level place. Stop the
engine, and remove the starter key.
2. Remove the air bleed plug (1).
3. Supply grease from the greasing point (2).
4. Grease until a certain amount of grease overflows from
the air bleed plug (1).
NOTICE: Greasing with the air bleed plug (1) unremoved
will damage the inner seal.
5. Clean the air bleed port and apply the air bleed plug (1).
