WARNING
Tip-over hazard!
Only raise the track as little as necessary.
Failure to comply could result in death or se-
rious injury.

Position the front equipment as shown in figure.
Make sure that the bottom side of the bucket pushes
on a hard ground.

Wrap two cables (2) around the arm top. Make sure
to use paddings (3) to avoid damages to the arm and
to the cables. For each cable, connect one end to
a ratchet lever winch, and the other end to the other
ratchet lever winch.

Slowly extend the front equipment so to tension all
the cables.
9.
Use the front equipment as a lever to slightly raise
the track from the ground.
10. Actuate ratchet winches (R) simultaneously so to
equally extended the front and the rear section of
the side frame, until the side frame guides reach the
stoppers that set the extended position.
11. Slowly lower the track to the ground.
12. Make sure that the retaining hardware on the base
frame of the undercarriage matches the fixing holes
on the side frame.
13. Install the 24 fixing bolts to the retaining hardware.
The tightening torque must be 1470 – 1920 N·m
(1084.2 – 1416.1 lb ft).
14. Slowly retract the front equipment so to loosen all the
cables. Disconnect the ends of the cables (C) and (2)
from the ratchet lever winches. Remove the cables
(2) from the arm top and the cables (C) from the side
frame.
15. Repeat steps 2 to 14 for the other track.
16. Store the cables and the ratchet lever winches.
The machine is now ready for field operation.
