STATus:QUEStionable:ENABle < enable_mask >
that will enable corresponding bits from the Event register to set the Questionable
summary bit.

Enable_mask may be sent as decimal, hex (#H), octal (#Q), or binary (#B).

VXI Interrupts: When bits 9, 10, or 11 are enabled and C-SCPI overlap mode
is on (or if you are using non-compiled SCPI), VXI card interrupts will be
enabled. When the event corresponding to bit 9, 10, or 11 occurs, the card
will generate a VXI interrupt.
