Select 488E-6 (or MAX) for measuring resistances of less than 8000 Ohms.
Select 30E-6 (or MIN) for resistances of 8000 Ohms and above. amplitude
may be specified in µA (ua).
•
For resistance temperature measurements ([SENSe:]FUNCtion:TEMPerature)
the Current Source SCP must be set as follows:
MAX (488µA)
MIN (30µA)
•
When *CAL? is executed, the current sources are calibrated on the range
selected at that time.
•
When Accepted: Not while INITiated
•
