PWM output
Timer C has one timer output pin (TOC0).
An external pulse output (TOC0) can be generated when a match of the two compare registers
(CCC00 and CCC01) and the TMC0 register is detected.
If a match is detected when the TMC0 count value and the CCC00 value are compared, the output
level of the TOC0 pin is set.
Also, if a match is detected when the TMC0 count value and the CCC01 value are compared, the
output level of the TOC0 pin is reset.
The output level (set, reset) depends on the settings of the ALV and ENTO bits of the TMCC01
register.
