21. Loosen throttle lever pivot nut (46) until throttle lever
(48) returns to idle by itself.
22. Route throttle cable (57) and sheath (55) through
cable clamp (53) and install cable guide (51). Do not
tighten cable clamp screw (56) or cable guide set
screw (58) at this time.
23. Route clutch control cable (52) and sheath (54)
through cable clamp (53), cable guide (51), and
swivel nut (50).
24. Install spring (49) and collar (47) on clutch control
cable (52). Slide collar (47) until 1/4-inch of cable
extends past collar. Tighten collar.
25. Perform throttle and clutch cable adjustment. (See
"Throttle and Clutch Control Cable Adjustment" on
page 3-4.)
Engine Service
A separate engine manual, prepared by the engine
manufacturer, is supplied with this machine. Refer to the
engine manufacturer's manual for all engine related
service.
Proper attention to the engine manufacturer's directions
will ensure maximum service life of the engine.
