Reel and/or bedknife unevenly worn.

Rifling or tramlining is a pattern of varying cutting heights,
resulting in a wave-like cut appearance, usually due to
heavy contact points across the reel and/or bedknife.

Inspect bedknife and reel. Grind or replace as needed. (See "Reel
and Bedknife Inspection" on page 8-13.)
