(8) Checking the sense of pump motor rotation.
Look through the sight glass for monitoring the rotation of the pump motor to
check the direction of rotation. The sense of rotation is correct when the
motor rotates in the direction of arrow(counterclockwise direction as seen
from the motor side). When the motor rotates in the reverse direction, please
check the power supply wiring.
When the pump has a vacuum gauge on the suction side, you can also
check the sense of motor rotation from this gauge. If the motor rotates in the
correct direction, the pressure will drop while the pump is being operated.
(9) Check for correct pump operation by turning the start switch on and off a few
times.

pump has stopped. Be sure to avoid contact and keep
inflammable substances out of reach.
Do not remove the outer cover during operation.
