1) MMS client expects primary values from event reporting and data attribute reads
2) MMS client expects nominal values from event reporting and data attribute reads; this is the default for PCM600
3) For PCM600 use only, When Unit mode is set to "Primary", the PCM600 client can force its session to "Nominal" by selecting "Primary-
Nominal" and thus parameterizing in native form. The selection is not stored and is therefore effective only for one session. This value has
no effect if selected via the LHMI.
