Measuring Weather With Time History
If your measurement includes Time History, press the right softkey (
options for your weather results, as shown in Figure 6-12.

If the wind speed is above the Threshold value, the Live
data tab displays "Windy" conditions.

If Excd. Pause is set to Yes, when the wind speed
exceeds Excd. Level, sound exceedances are held off. This
feature is designed to prevent sound exceedances in your
measurement data due to wind noise.

During a wind exceedance (with sound exceedance
paused), the wind speed must drop below the Hysteresis
before the sound exceedance pause turns off.

TAKE NOTE
takes a running average over 1 min, then reports an average
rate over 10 minutes.

Select Other from the Settings drop-down menu to select
when the weather sensor's internal heater is enabled. This is
used to remove snow and ice.
