To unlock the 831C from the meter interface, follow these steps:
Step 1.
Press the Tools
Step 2.
Press Enter
Step 3.
Enter your unlock code, then press Enter

Features in this section are available only when using the 831C SLM (firmware version 4.5
+) with G4 LD Utility software (version 4.5 +).
The SoundAdvisor™ 831C network security feature is intended to protect a meter from
unwanted interference or tampering when operating over a remote connection using G4,
the LD Atlas app, or a browser (We recommend Google Chrome™

Step 1.
Install or update G4 LD Utility to version 4.5 + on your PC.
