n) Radio Frequency Emission
The mode of operation of the 831C that produces the greatest radio frequency emission levels is with the 831C
set to run with the LCD backlight on, an external charger (PSAA20R-120 charger), Ethernet dongle, and USB
cable attached and with an EXC020 (20' microphone extension cable) between the PRM831 and meter.
o) AC Power and Radio Frequency Susceptibility
The mode of operation of the 831C that produced the least immunity to the effects of exposure to AC power-
frequency and radio frequency field is with the 831C set to run with the LCD backlight on, an external charger
(PSAA20R-120 charger), Ethernet dongle, and USB cable attached and with an EXC020 (20' microphone
extension cable) between the PRM831 and meter.
