Normalization (TaqMan

The Status and Reminders screen is displayed. It shows the following information:
• Type of calibration
Note:

For dye calibration, the type of calibration is listed as the dye that was calibrated, for
example, FAM.

Normalization calibration is required for a TaqMan

• Status of the calibration
• Last calibration
• Date that the calibration expires
• If a reminder is set
