Connect the other end of the HP-IB cable to the interface.
Note
If the interface already has several cables connected to it,
connect the printer's cable to one of the other devices on the
interface.
c. Connect the Power Cord.
Connect the female end of the power cord to the power socket on the
back of the printer, and connect the other end to your power outlet.
And finally ...
Refer to your printer manual(s) to:
• Prime and install the print cartridge.
• Load and adj ust paper.
• Run the printer's self-test.
