[BIAS ADJUSTMENT]
Loosen the 3 screws fi xing the Head in order as shown

in the fi gure.
Loosen the screws fi xing the Head approxi-
mately 1/2 turn.
If the screws are too loose, it may affect the
result of this alignment.
When you loosen the screws fi xing [HEAD 5], use any of a No.1 bit
which length from 200mm to 300mm or [TOOL,BIT CROSS NO1
V17 7X207L ST-121]
as shown in the fi gure.
Insert the 1.5 mm Hexagonal Wrench through the hole

of the Head Carriage, then, turn the adjustment screw
to make the lines of each color in the test pattern
straight.
*Reference*
Position of the printing moves 1 line by turning
the screw approximately 3/4 turn.
- When the upper lines are shifting towards the left of
the lower lines, turn the screw CW.
- When the upper lines are shifting towards the right of
the lower lines, turn the screw CCW.
