Disconnect all the cables connected to the SW Power Sup-

ply.
Remove the 4 screws as shown in the fi gure and replace with

the new SW Power Supply (41V).
Connect all the Cables.

Disconnect 4 connectors as shown in the fi gure from the DC

Junction Board.
Do not connect the disconnected cables until setting
and checking of the output voltage is completed. UV
lamp or board can be broken.
