Remove the 2 screws as shown in the fi gure to remove the

Carriage Cover.
The screws for fi xing the Carriage Cover are the
screw with washer.
Open the Wire Saddle for bundling the Linear Encoder

Board.
Disconnect the Paper Side Sensor Cable from the Print

Carriage Board.
Confi rm the screws shown in the fi gure.

Remove the screw to remove the Linear Encoder Board
together with the stay.
