The reasons may be:
(1) The status of the EMS 1000 (EnviroProbe) device (ID #) has been set as 'Enable'
(please refer to 7.10.10 EMS Setting), but the device (ID #) is not connected to the
UPS or the connection cable may be damaged.
(2) The ID # setting is wrong. Please refer to 7.10.10 EMS Setting.
At this time, the warning message 'The EMS 1000 ID # Communication Fail' shown in
UPS-1.1 MEASUREMENT

1 PFC#1 Fan Fault
2. After connection of the EMS 1000 (EnviroProbe) to the UPS, if you don't set the status
of the EMS 1000 (EnviroProbe) device (ID #) as 'Enable' (please refer to 7.10.10 EMS
Setting), the information of the EMS 1000 (EnviroProbe) device (ID #) will not show on
the EMS screen.
If none of the status of the EMS 1000 (EnviroProbe) devices (ID #) is set as 'Enable'
(please refer to 7.10.10 EMS Setting), the EMS screen will show as follows.
