Significance:
Memory for user variables (SRAM): Provides indication of the number of GUD variables that can be
created. The FRAME data type requires almost 1 KB. It is the largest data type. The BOOLEAN data
type needs just 1 byte; REAL type 8 bytes.
An array of variables requires only one name (MD 18120, MD 18130) – but memory for all elements.
The memory needed for all GUD variables is entered here; for the NCK area and for all channels
together.
Note: The number of GUDs may also be limited by MD 18120 or MD 18130 .
