Correction
Check PTO gearbox clutches and
hydraulic pumps to verify that they are not
causing excessive load on engine. Check
clutches for warped plates causing them to
drag. Check hydraulic pumps for incorrect
neutral position.
Rotate engine crankshaft manually to
determine if engine requires excessive
force to rotate. Refer to engine section in
repair manual for information on inspecting
engine internal components.
Start control Start switch - Testing

Confirm that switch open when key switch
turned off.
