BOOL TRUE (only 1 cycle):
FALSE: during cyclical processing of the program
BYTE Number of the input (0...x value depending on the device)
BYTE Number of periods to be compared

Cycle time of the detected periods in [μs].
REAL Frequency of the detected periods in [Hz].
TIME Time elapsed since the beginning of the last change in state of
the input signal (can be used for very slow signals).
WORD mark-to-space ratio in [‰].
