The supply spool is getting low.
•
If there is a large amount of ribbon still on the supply spool,
then the Ribbon Low message is being displayed falsely.
1. Replace ribbon.
2. Disable Media > Ribbon > Ribbon Low.
The ribbon supply spool is empty or the ribbon has broken.
1. Replace ribbon.
2. Reinstall ribbon.
The software being used is not correct for the printer.
1. Load the correct software.
2. If the problem persists, contact your authorized customer
service representative.
NOTE:

1 = Failure during 3 button download
2 = Failure during 2 button download
3 = Failure during power up
