5-1. Overview of Data Formats

"Data format" refers to the format in which the data is output in the following cases.

Th e ASCII data format is used for the responses given to the data request and memory data output
commands.
Th e data of single axis is confi gured as shown below:

Th e data of a multiple number of axes is confi gured as shown in the example below:

Th e header contents are selected using the HDR (data header) command, and the axis separators by the
SEP (separator character) command.
