1-3. Execution Results and Errors

When a setting command or acquisition command is sent, the MG41 main unit checks the command
syntax and parameters, and returns the result.

OK000 (successful completion, successful completion/acknowledgment, no error/no additional
information)

OK : Successful completion
ER : Error occurrence
ER212 (error occurrence, error, mode error)
