1-1-5 Suction Head Section 2

Separator
This separator holds the sheet
edge lightly and prevents the
sheet from double feeding.
Adjust the grip area according to
the sheet weight.
Outlet for Separation Air
Separation air is blown between the upper-
most sheet lifted by the vacuum piston and
the lower sheet which is held by the separator.

Suction Head Support
This supports the arm when it is
raised.
Vacuum Piston
This piston catches the top
sheet and lifts it up.
Suction Cup
If this is torn, replace it.
