3-4 Special Operation

3-4-2 Pusher Block Attachment

When SPF-20A has paper jam, pusher block
can be removed to prevent transport belt
break. Attach new pusher block.
1.
Turn off main switch.
2.
Open safety cover.
3.
Attach pusher block on transport belt.
NOTE
Transport belt can be rotated, by hand while
power is off.
4.
Close safety cover.

3-4-3 Stitcher Head Reverse Operation

Stitcher heads may be locked when stitcher
heads stitch extremely a thick set of sheets or
perform double stitch. Reverse stitcher heads
in this case.
1.
Press stitcher inching button while
pressing single fold and single stitch but-
tons simultaneously.
2.
Continue to press stitch inching button
until stitcher heads stop. And remove
sheets or stitches.
