A. Periodically replaced parts/cycle
• Tray 1 separation roller assy: Every 300,000 counts
B. Procedure
1. Slide out the tray 1.
2. Remove the manual bypass tray rear cover.
See P.92
3. Open the manual bypass tray door.

6. To reinstall, reverse the order of removal.

4. Opening the jam clearing cover [1],
remove two screws [2] and take out
the tray1 separation roller assy [3].
5. Remove the C-clip [1],and remove
the tray 1 separation roller assy [2].
