ISDN SETUP menu
In SIMULATE mode, the ISDN SETUP menu allows you
to access further sub-menus to define a variety of ISDN
parameters and operating modes.
To display the ISDN SETUP menu:
In the MAIN SETUP menu, select ISDN SETUP.
Settings on the ISDN SETUP menu
To define each of the following settings, highlight it and
use the LEFT and RIGHT arrow keys to toggle between
the available choices.

S-TERMINATION
U-TERMINATION
ENCODING
SERVICE MSGS
Switches the S termination
relay ON and OFF.
Switches the U termination
relay ON and OFF.
Sets the voice encoding. You
can choose between A-LAW
and μ-LAW encoding. μ-law is
the type most commonly used
in the US.
Switches the display of service
messages from the network
ON and OFF.
