If two or more objects in the alarm are at the same level, choose the alarm with the
earliest detected time. If two or more alarms at the same level are generated at the
same time, use the alarm information provided to determine which alarm may be
closer to the root cause of the problem and start troubleshooting with this alarm.
Note — Alarm reporting latency can vary depending on network
conditions. Therefore, the Time Detected stamp is not a reliable
indication of the exact time an event occurred and should be used only as
an aid in troubleshooting.
