088: GrainSftr (Grain Shifter)

This effect cuts extremely short samples ("grains") from the input
signal waveform and plays them repeatedly, giving a mechanical
character to the sound.

Sample Cycle" controls how often a new grain is sampled. In
between Sample Cycles, the current grain is repeated continuously.
