5.3.6 (Optional) Configuring the Inactive Aging Time for the
Original Traffic
Context
After the inactive aging time is set for the original traffic, the SPU considers that the original
traffic is aged if the SPU does not receive any data packet from the original traffic within the
inactive aging time. Then the SPU stops the statistics collection and sends the result to the NSC.
Procedure
Step 1 Run:
system-view
The system view is displayed.
Step 2 Run:
ip netstream timeout inactive inactive-interval
The inactive aging time is set for the original traffic.
By default, the inactive aging time of the original traffic is 30s.

Traffic
Procedure
Step 1 Run:

The system view is displayed.
Step 2 Run:
ip netstream timeout active active-interval
The active aging time is set for the original traffic.
By default, the active aging time of the original traffic is 30 minutes.
