ISO + preconf.csv is supported only if the ISO image is mounted on an
NFS repository in ILOM and the preconf.csv file is located in the same
NFS directory. All other methods of mounting the ISO image in ILOM
(SAMBA URI and Java Remote Console) and burning ISO image to DVD
will not work with the preconf.csv file. For instructions on how to mount
