pH 2 – 12.
Heat both cells in the Add to each cell 1.0 ml of
thermoreactor at 100 °C OA-2K with pipette.
for 15 minutes. Then cool
to room temperature
under running water.
Insert the blank cell into Insert the cell containing
the cell compartment. the sample into the cell
Align the mark on the compartment. Align the
cell with that on the pho- mark on the cell with
tometer. Press Zero . that on the photometer.
Press Test .

Add to each cell 1.0 ml
of OA-3K with pipette,
close with the screw cap,
and mix.

Quality assurance:
To check the measurement system (test reagents, meas-
urement device, and handling) a standard solution must
be prepared from sodium acetate anhydrous, Cat.No.
106268 (see section "Standard solutions").
