Connection Control
There are three ways for connection control, "Auto‐reconnect (Always on)", "Dial‐on‐demand"
and "Manually".
Auto‐reconnect (Always on): This gateway will establish Internet connection automatically once it
has been booted up, and try to reconnect once the connection is down. It's recommended to
choose this scheme if for mission critical applications to ensure full‐time Internet connection.
Dial‐on‐demand: This gateway won't start to establish Internet connection until local data is going
to be sent to WAN side. After normal data transferring between LAN and WAN sides, this gateway
will disconnect WAN connection if idle time reaches value of Maximum Idle Time.
Index skipping is used to reserve slots for new function insertion, when required.
