URL Blocking with Black List Scenario
Scenario Application Timing
When the administrator of the gateway wants to block the Web requests with some
dedicated patterns, he can use the "URL Blocking" function to carry out to block specific
Web requests by defining the black list as shown in above diagram. Certainly, when the
administrator wants to allow only the Web requests with some dedicated patterns to go
through the gateway, he can use the "URL Blocking" function by defining the white list
to carry out to meet the requirement. It is contrasting to above diagram.
Scenario Description
Web requests with dedicated patterns in the black list will be blocked by the gateway.
Other ones can pass through the gateway.
Parameter Setup Example
Following tables list the parameter configuration as an example for the gateway in
above diagram with "URL Blocking" enabling.
Use default value for those parameters that are not mentioned in the tables.
