Specify the Modbus Name.
Specify the application type. It could be Managing Events, Notifying Events,
or both.
Specify the Read Function for Managing Events.
Specify the Write Function for Notifying Events.
Specify the Modbus Mode. It could be Serial or TCP.
Specify the IP for TCP on Modbus Mode. IPv4 Format.
Specify the Port for TCP on Modbus Mode. It could be from 1 to 65535.
Specify the Device ID of the modbus device. It could be from 1 to 247.
