Create/Edit OSPF Area Rules
The router allows you to custom your OSPF Area List rules. It supports up to a maximum of 32 rule sets.
When Add button is applied OSPF Area Rule Configuration screen will appear.

Routing (CIDR) Subnet
Area Subnet
Mask Notation. (Ex:
192.168.1.0/24)
2. A Must filled setting
1. IPv4 Format
Area ID
2. A Must filled setting
The box is unchecked by
Area Enable
default.
Save

Index skipping is used to reserve slots for new function insertion, when required.
Description
The Area Subnet of this router on OSPF Area List.
The Area ID of this router on OSPF Area List.
Click Enable box to activate this rule.
Click the Save button to save the configuration
