Specifications
This chapter lists complete specifications and supplemental information of Agilent
4155C/4156C and Agilent 41501B. The specifications are the performance
standards or limits against which the 4155C/4156C and 41501B are tested. When
the 4155C/4156C and 41501B is shipped from the factory, it meets the
specifications. The supplemental information are not specifications but are typical
characteristics included as additional information for the operator.
Agilent 4155C/4156C functions:
Set measurement and/or stress conditions
Control measurement and/or stress execution
Perform arithmetic calculations
Display measured and calculated results on the LCD display
Perform graphical analysis
