xDSL/IP phone line but an analog line.
If no dial tone is present at Off hook, the
line may be faulty.

Is there a continuous tone present at the
hook?
Does the cable have 2 conductors?
Is the line a PBX?

1. Update Fax Setting information for a new
fax job.
2. Send a fax to another fax machine.
3. Did the fax transmit?
1. Check the outside line prefix is added.

Go to step 6.
Manually dial

touch tone.

Retry the fax
