Causes and solutions
Cannot log on to the POP3/IMAP4 server.
• Check the user name and password of the
machine are correctly programmed from
File Transfer under System Settings. See
"Settings You Can Change with User Tools
- File Transfer", Network Guide.
• Consult your network administrator.
No machine's e-mail address is programmed.
• Check the machine's e-mail address is cor-
rectly programmed from File Transfer un-

Cannot find the DNS server or POP3/IMAP4
server.
• Check the DNS server's IP address is cor-
