Preparations for Use as a Network Scanner

Recalling a Program

A
Make sure the {Scanner} key is se-
lected, press the {Program} key.

Press [Recall].

Press the number of the program
you want to recall.
The stored settings are displayed.
Note
r Program numbers with m al-
ready have settings in them.

Place the originals, and then press
the {Start} key.
Changing a Stored Program

Make sure the {Scanner} key is se-
lected, press the {Program} key.

Press [Recall].

Press the number of the program
you want to change.

Change settings of the program.

Press the {Program} key.

Press [Register].

Press the number of the program
you changed the setting.
H
Press [Register] to accept the con-
firmation message.

Enter a program name.

Press [OK].

Deleting a Program

A
Make sure the {Scanner} key is se-
lected, press the {Program} key.
B
Press [Delete].
C
Press the number of the program
you want to delete.
D
Press [Yes].
The program is deleted, and the
display returns to the initial dis-
play after a moment.

Changing the program name

A
Make sure the {Scanner} key is se-
lected, press the {Program} key.
B
Press [Change Name].
C
Press the number of the program
you want to change name.
D
Enter a new program name.
A program name can be entered
up to 40 characters.

ters, see "Entering Text", General
Settings Guide.
E
Press [OK].
The display returns to the initial
display after a moment.
