This command sets the MLD snooping report-suppression interval for which
MLDv1 report messages do not get forwarded onto the router ports for the
same group.
This value ranges is between 1 and 25. This timer is used when both proxy and
proxy-reporting are disabled. This timer is started as soon as a report message
for that group is forwarded out. Within this interval if another report for the
same group arrives, it will not be forwarded.
The no form of this command sets the MLD snooping report-
suppression interval to its default value.
