This command enables auto-negotiation on the interface.
The no form of the command disables auto-negotiation on the
interface.
The port in which auto-negotiation is enabled, negotiates with the other
end for port properties like speed, duplexity and so one. The normal port
uses the port property values configured by the administrator.
