CHASSIS
14. Check the deck level adjustment. Refer to "Leveling
the Mower" on page 7-79.
15. Apply grease to the grease fitting on the deck lift
lever pivot (Fig. 172).

16. Install the negative battery cable from the battery.
17. Lower the seat.

Replacement

Motion Control Assembly Removal

1. Park the machine on a level surface, disengage the
PTO, turn the ignition off and remove the key.
2. Raise the seat.
3. Remove the negative battery cable from the battery.
4. Remove both floor pan assembly hinge bolts and
nuts (Fig. 173).
