7. With a spring tool (Toro p/n: 92-7551), hook the
spring to the idler arm assembly (Fig. 683).
8. Install the clutch stop strap to the frame using 2
bolts, washers, and nuts (Fig. 684).

9. Plug the harness connector to the electric PTO
clutch (Fig. 685).

10. Install the front engine panel (Fig. 686).

11. Install the negative battery cable.
12. Lower the seat.
