Mower Belt Replacement

1. Disengage the PTO, move the motion control levers
to the neutral locked position and set the parking
brake.
2. Stop the engine, remove the key, and wait for all
moving parts to stop before leaving the operating
position.
3. Raise the floor pan (Fig. 545).

4. Remove the right hand and left hand belt covers
(Fig. 546).
5. Using a spring tool (Toro p/n: 92-5771), remove the
mower deck belt idler spring (Fig. 547).
