16. Install the throttle cable into the throttle cable clamp.
Place the throttle lever in the Slow (idle) position
(Fig. 440).

17. With slight pressure pushing on the throttle cable
towards the throttle linkage, tighten the throttle cable
clamp (Fig. 441).

18. Secure the throttle cable to the engine bracket
located behind the voltage regulator with a cable tie
(Fig. 442).

19. Install the hydraulic pump belt around the engine
pulley and the pump pulley (Fig. 443).
